This crazy little book just totally took me by surprise. I loved the cover art and decided to purchase it to see if it could live up to it's vivid imagery and WOW it did! The author speaks frankly and is a humble character. However, the story line is vivid and 'kind of" beyond imagination. Then I took the leap that this is "real" time and this blows my mind. If the events described are true then this is a break through in human kind and consciousness. Either way, you'll enjoy the ride and we'll the rest up to you.
Mr Marrero's stories of his time with his spiritual master will make your hair stand on end. I have not loved a book as much as this since "Chasm of Fire". But this is even better. If you want to get a taste of the real spiritual ordeal that can occur in the company of an authentic Master, then check this out. I could not put it down. It was exhilarating, humorous, well written and really exciting. There is so much wisdom, difficulty and Bliss communicated here. You will feel challenged, uplifted, and turned inside out. A rare treat.

There are several leelas in here I won't be forgetting anytime! Thank you for writing this down. Wonderful account of the Guru-devotee relationship. I grew up on Kauai and was very much was impacted by Frank's description of his time there and especially in the sacred jungle waters. A wild man meeting a Truly Wild and Free Man, beautiful story!
